หลายๆคนที่ Connection Windows server หรือ desktop เพื่อทำงานจากระยะไกล
ด้วย Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) ซึ่งปกติก็ทำได้โดย

แต่บางครั้งหลังจาก Remote Desktop ขึ้นหน้าจอเพื่อ log-in แล้ว
พอใส่ user/password กลับขึ้น Dialog box ว่า
"The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections."
วิธีแก้ ก็คือ ใส่ option ให้กับ RDC

หรืออยากจะดู option อื่นๆ ก็ใช้คำสั่ง mstsc /?

สำหรับคนที่ใช้งาน Administrative Tools บน Windows หรือ ลงโปรแกรมเล่นบ่อยๆ
หรือใช้งาน menu อื่นๆ ที่เป็น menu ย่อยใน Control Panel บ่อยๆแล้วนั้น
บางทีการที่ต้องเปิดหน้าต่างของ Control Panel มาก่อนเพื่อเลือก menu ที่ต้องการใช้
แล้วค่อยเลือก menu ใน Control Panel ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้เสียเวลา และไม่สะดวก
เพราะฉะนั้น ถ้าเลือก Control Panel ที่ start menu แล้ว จะ Expand Control Panel
เพื่อดู menu ย่อยๆใน Control Panel จึงเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ใช้งานได้สะดวกมากกว่า

หรือถ้าจะให้แสดง Administrative Tools ใน Program menu
ก็ check ที่ช่อง Display Administrative Tools
