หลายๆคนที่ Connection Windows server หรือ desktop เพื่อทำงานจากระยะไกล
ด้วย Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) ซึ่งปกติก็ทำได้โดย
1. click start
2. เลือก Programs
3. เลือก Accessories
4. เลือก Communications
5. click Remote Desktop Connection
2. เลือก Programs
3. เลือก Accessories
4. เลือก Communications
5. click Remote Desktop Connection
แต่บางครั้งหลังจาก Remote Desktop ขึ้นหน้าจอเพื่อ log-in แล้ว
พอใส่ user/password กลับขึ้น Dialog box ว่า
"The terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of allowed connections."
วิธีแก้ ก็คือ ใส่ option ให้กับ RDC
1. click start เลือก Run ...
2. พิมพ์ cmd
3. พิมพ์ mstsc /console
2. พิมพ์ cmd
3. พิมพ์ mstsc /console
หรืออยากจะดู option อื่นๆ ก็ใช้คำสั่ง mstsc /?
